Black little irritating bunch of spots all over the face. That’s how we describe black heads right?
Yes, it’s the same. At first they are just some white spots which later turn darker in colour and end up becoming black highlighted marks. Black heads arise due to blockage of skin pores by dust particles. But what can be done to cure this.
Here is the answer.
1.Mix a tablespoon of honey with half teaspoon of cinnamon, and apply the mix in circular motion using fingers for 3 minutes. Further wash it with warm water. This technique is really effective for dry skin.
- Break an egg and separate its yellow from its whites. Apply half of the white portion (made paste of it) as a thin layer over face and let it dry for 5 mins. Add the remaining whites in second layer and further grant 15 minutes to dry. Rinse with warm water when the skin feels tighter. Egg whites are really effective for curing black heads.
- We get a lot of powdered clay in the market which help clearing off dead skin cells. Get the one you find suitable. Mix a tablespoon of it with apple cider vinegar to make a paste and spread it on the face. Leave it for 15 minutes to dry. Rinse with warm water.
You can find visible results within 15 days of regular usage.
4.Make a mixture of 3 tablespoons yogurt, 3 tablespoons of whole oats, a few drops of lemon juice and a little olive oil. Use the fingers to dab it on the face and allow it to set for 10 min and rinse with luke warm water.
- Make a paste of green leafy fenugreek with water and apply on the face. Rinse with warm water after 10 minutes. This paste works with guaranteed results.
6.Make a brew of mint tea and let it to cool down. Then mix 2 tablespoon of the liquid with 1 of turmeric powder. Apply it on the affected area. Wash it off after 10 min with warm water.
There you go. You are free from blackheads.
