Making every morning a good one

All our mornings aren’t same. It is like, some mornings we feel active and full of energy, while some other mornings are lazy ones. In some days we work like machines and still feel happy about it, where in some others we don’t even stay in a mood of working.

Well that’s all general facts that differentiates our bright days from our dull ones.

Here I have a few ‘cheat codes’ for you.

First of all, it’s the mornings. Mornings are like the foundation of the day, the healthier the foundation, the more bright the day would be.

Well, to get up in a good mood we need to mab2ap3_thumbnail_image07ke our nights relaxing.

But obviously, neither do we sleep early nor do we get nights without disturbances.

‘Early to bed and early to rise’ has become a more rusted concept now. The world has become so machinery that even sleeping or resting aren’t getting time in our schedules. But then getting early to bed is necessary. It reduces the chances of falling ill. It obviously reduces the stress level and even makes you look prettier.

Second, give 5-10 minutes of your before-sleep-interval some sort of good music. They say, music is the best therapy. Studies have proven that music relaxes the mind 70% more than any other therapy. Third, make sure to get yourself a complete sleep of 6-7 hours. Our body does most of its constructive tasks while we sleep. For example, the height of newly born baby is found to be increasing at the maximum rate during it sleeps.

Hence, a complete sleep of 6-7 hours is necessary to let the body release all the exhaust and tiredness of the previous day and get ready for a new one.

Fourth, get up on time.

Getting up early helps the same way getting to bed early does. Again, mornings are said to be the most positive time of the day. So, we feel naturally active if we get up early and make it a strict part of our schedule.

Fifth, do some shlokas or something (if you are a religious person) or else, simply meditate for 5 minutes. Meditation is the perfect way to get out of the world and reaching our inner selves. Who doesn’t know the advantages of meditation! In a nut shell, it increases concentration level and makes the mind calm. (Most beneficial, especially for students) It’s like the ‘Get Set Go’ level of the day.

exercise-stretchThen comes ‘workout session’. OK, most of us feel like we don’t have enough time for this, but then, you don’t really need to give hours working out. 10-15 minutes are enough. May it be yoga, some aerobics stuff or even a little dancing, a little exercise can really boost up your energy level. The sweat released while working out actually releases all the toxins from the body making it healthier.

The next little ‘to do’ thing, is to have a cup of herbal or green tea. Rather than having normal tea or coffee in the mornings, include green/herbal tea in your diet. It comes with a formula that boosts up your metabolism and gives you a fresh feel internally. And yes, the consumption of herbal tea has also been proven to provide you with acne-less glowing skin. After this, a good, healthy breakfast is a must. May it be a bowl of cornflakes, oats or salad, or even a little of your favorite food, you must fill your tummy to a good amount before stepping out of the house. What we have for breakfast decides how we feel for the whole day. It is one of the major part of the day as it acts as the major energy reserve for the whole day.

Next comes our work or class times. Ok, we all want our working times to be fun. Who wants a boring day after all!HappyWorkplace-640x300

If you want this time of yours to be less exhausting, what you need to do is, break your tasks into intervals. Intervals = breaks. Give a little break to your tight schedule for a little chit chat with the people around or listen to your favorite tracks, or even sit idle for a while with good thoughts in mind. This would really help reducing your stress level, making your work time interesting.

After all this, obviously you need to have your meals at time, ( slightly heavy in breakfast, light for lunch, a mid-day snack and moderate for dinner) , you need to drink plenty of water, take a little walk in the evening or even after dinner, a little add ons here and there and whooshhh… there you get your Brighter Days!

A smile on your face, rather than tired, dull one would prove how these little tricks would work!
