Tips To Remove Dark Circles

Presence of ‘Dark circles’ has been a common issue now a days. Pollution, allergies, genetics, thyroid issues, habits like smoking, etc.,are some of the common reasons for deep dark circles under the eyes. Even excessive exposure to sun is one of the reasons. Not necessarily is clinical treatment the only way of curing this. Here are some of the ways through which dark circles can be got ridden of.

 

  1. Apply vitamin E to the affected area.

Get some vitamin E capsules, twist open the capsule, apply some of its oil to the area under your eyes and swallow the rest.

  1. Avoid allergic substances

If you are sensitive or allergic to a particular type of food, then make sure to stay away from it. Like completely away.

 

  1. Cod liver oil

Consumption of cod liver oil is not only a healthy habit for enhancing the health, but also it helps regaining the natural color of the areas under the eyes. Make a regular habit of having it.

  1. Application of turmeric paste

Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, some drops of lemon juice, a spoon of flour and 2-3 spoons of turmeric. Make a paste of these and apply on the affected area. Leave for 10 minutes and wash off.

  1. Exposure to sun

Excessive exposure to UV rays is yet another reason for dark circles. Try avoiding sun a bit or else keep a pair if sunglasses handy. Keep your eyes covered.

  1. Cheat trick

There’s always a temporary yet instant solution for every problem.

Concealer is the cheat trick in case of dark circles. Get a concealer slightly lighter than the shade of your skin. Apply it gently on the area under the eyes.

Do not stretch or rub the skin of this delicate part.

Not to forget that vitamin C is always effective for skin issues. Therefore use creams and lotions that contain vitamin C._Vitamin-C

 

  1. Used tea bags

Keep used boiled tea bags over your eyes. As it helps in lightening of the skin, reducing spots and removing tan as well.

Apply the juice of cucumber or potato, or even both on the dark area under the eyes. You can even keep slices of these over your eyes. This is yet another good way of getting rid of dark circles.

Take a few drops of olive oil and massage it gently on the areas under the eyes before you go to sleep at night. Wash it off in the morning.
