TIP #1

Warm-up:

When ever you first step into Gym, You want to get your blood flow going and start to heat up the muscles and joints .

So, Here’s what you need to do in order to get warmed-up.

1: You can jog on treadmill.

2: You can do skipping rope.

3: You can do Jumping Jacks.

4: Torso Twist (You twist your upper body).

Remember, try to get as many joints involved into warm-up as possible.

 

TIP #2

Use Proper Form:

Now, why the proper form is so important? Because it helps our mind and body to get in line and connected. When you do proper form in the gym your body recognises its natural movements when you leave the gym and your body start to memorise that proper form in your daily life.

What is good form? It is your body in straight lines for example, Never have your back arched and keep it straight. And always listen to your body, when ever your doing something wrong like picking up heavy weights and having problem with your balance you wont be going straight. So, make sure everything is in line that would help you keep proper form.

 

TIP #3

The Mirror is your Friend:

The Mirror is you biggest ally in the gym. The basic idea is here is that when ever you are doing an exercise you can check and look at the form while doing it by looking in the mirror and make sure that what ever exercise you are doing it is in proper form.

 

TIP #4

Breathe:

This is the most neglected thing, you see a lot of people who don’t get gains because they haven’t taken the time to actually get good at breathing. The biggest mistakes what people make is they hold their breath, you loose all your oxygen to your muscles. Breathing keeps your gas-tank going and when you stop breathing your muscles get tired soon and you feel dizzy and it makes you discouraged as well and you wouldn’t even know it. So, whenever you in the gym don’t forget to breathe-in and breathe-out.

 

TIP #5

Cooldown:

Cooling your body down is as necessary as your workout, lot of people say like, “I don’t have for cooldown” and that is wrong. Your body still in workout mode and you gotta tell your body to shift gears and its time to get the muscles relaxed and stretched because if you don’t do that your body will remain stiff   .

Cooling down helps you get flexible in your mind and body.
